The time from 1951 to 1965, was an era where there were very few options of actors, actresses and director. While going through different movies where the same faces could be glimpsed, performed a completely different personality than what they had performed in their other movies. Taking an example of Madhubala, she adapted with different expression, style and attitude in each movie she worked on and so did the artists
Our group started identifying such points and wrote about each movie in the form of a mind map. We wrote about movie sets, costumes, jewellery, economy, the storytelling, life of actors, romance and dialogues etc.
One thing I love about these old movies is that each movie is so meaningful, and always have a hidden message for the society.
