For 6th week, class I was still exploring various sounds, but couldn’t find much. I decided to use Foley for creating that experience of preparing a dish.
I had to explore various tools and material to create the sound that would sync with my video well. It was actually fun doing all these things. The sounds that I recorded gave my video and me the exact experience that I felt while making cheese.
I focused on the music part of my video and it was hard to find sounds from internet. And exploring Foley was all together a different experience. After 2 days of editing, I was finally ready with my final sequence.
For the 7th week we had a reschedule class, we were working on finishing of our videos, the video was absolutely depicting my experience of making cheese. I took few clips from archive videos, the clips were very old and depicted old methods of making cheese and that was exactly how I made cheese in a very homely manner, I tried my best to create an experience that my audience would like to see. It was a fun activity and hoping for more of these sort of projects.
