In today’s class, we had to use file card paper to turn our previous illustrations into a 3-dimensional format. This meant highly technical work with cutters, glue and the file paper. Since the drawings were abstractions of our thoughts and ideas it was challenging to recreate those concepts using physical materials.
But while giving each curve, each turn, each cut to the file card,it made me feel as if I was creating myself on it.
